COVID-19

To Our Valued Patient,

Due to the rapidly evolving events of COVID-19, the American Dental Association and Governor Ralph Northam have mandated closure for dental practices for routine dental care until April 30, 2020. This order may be renewed or extended as the date approaches, depending on the status of the situation.

At this time, Nova Dental Partners will be treating emergency patients by appointment only until further notice. If this notice affects your upcoming appointment (which may include routine care such as cleanings, normal restorative work, and maintenance), please consider your appointment cancelled.  We will be in contact with you to reschedule your appointment once the American Dental Association sets a more firm date where it seems more likely that we can practice in a safe environment.

If you have a dental emergency, please call our office directly. Our team will triage the urgency of your emergency and accordingly assist with emergency appointments, medications, and/or referrals.  We will also be available for teledentistry consults via video chat.

The safety and well-being of our patients and team has always been our primary concern.  We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 and keep you informed as it pertains to your dental care.
