What is Invisalign? 

Invisalign Clear Aligners are a modern orthodontic appliance used to achieve straighter teeth and to help create an optimal bite. One of our experienced doctors will examine your teeth using advanced and pain-free imaging technology to develop a custom treatment plan for straightening your teeth. You will be provided a series of removable clear aligners that gradually straighten your teeth over a period of around 6-12 months depending on your dental needs. The frequency you change your aligner will depend on your individual needs.

What is the iTero 3D Scanner Used For?

The iTero scanner can be used for any restorative treatment including crowns, veneers, inlays/onlays, bridges, and implants, as well as orthodontic treatments like Invisalign®. We use the scanner to provide the Invisalign® outcome simulator so you can see what treatment could look like for you before moving forward with it.

What Are the Benefits of iTero Technology?

   What Happens During the iTero Scan?
   One of our doctors at Nova Dental Partners will scan inside your mouth using the iTero scanner which is shaped like a wand. It takes as little as two to three minutes for the digital laser to render a perfect 3D impression of your teeth and soft tissue structures.
